Sagon only make non-agression treaties.
In these treaties its possible to add paragraphs to extend the relation between the guilds.
All treaties are avaible on the Sagon private boards, they could also be found in the great hall of Sagon.

If you wish to have a diplomatic relationship with Sagon you should contact the guild diplomat or the assisting diplomat.
This include any problems/conflict with members of Sagon.

Sagon has no offical black book.
